For tour, rental & charter operators
Take bookings online. Run the whole operation from one place.
Turbo Bookings gives ATV, jetski, charter and excursion operators a booking system, an operations dashboard, and a marketing site that brings in customers — replacing phone tag, paper manifests and third-party booking fees.

How it works
01
We build your booking site
A marketing site on your own domain, with your branding, built to be found. Customers book on it directly instead of calling or messaging you.
02
Customers book and pay online
Real-time availability against your actual fleet, deposits taken at checkout, your policies acknowledged before payment. Money settles into your own Stripe account.
03
You run the day from one dashboard
Manifests, check-ins, reschedules, no-show follow-ups, refunds and reporting — for every location you operate, in one place.
A checkout your customers finish
Deposits taken up front, your damage, late and refund policies acknowledged before payment, and the balance made clear before anyone commits. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
Each operator takes payment into their own Stripe account and remains the merchant of record for their bookings. Turbo Bookings provides the software.

On your domain, built for search, with your brand and your pricing.

How we charge
Two things: a monthly platform subscription for the software and services above, and a per-booking platform fee on bookings taken through the system. The fee is agreed per operator, so it is set in your agreement rather than published here.
